Fat Bike Worlds 2026 has partnered with Visit Leadville and Sunshine Saunas to debut the first-ever Sauna Festival in Leadville, bringing together Colorado-based mobile saunas, cold plunges, and live music for racers and the community. The festival will create a unique post-race recovery and celebration space featuring atmospheric DJ sets as riders cross the finish line, followed by an afternoon performance from Leadville Americana band Stablehand. Racers receive complimentary access to all sauna offerings, and the public is invited to join by purchasing an unlimited-use wristband for the day. This new addition to Fat Bike Worlds highlights the growing sauna culture in Colorado and invites everyone to gather, warm up, and celebrate together in the heart of winter.
We recommend bringing a robe and slippers for moving comfortably between saunas, along with a bathing suit and a towel. If you happen to forget one, no worries—we’ll have towel rentals available on-site to keep you covered.
